RETURN POLICY

We grant you a period of same day from the Order Confirmation date to return the products (except those products mentioned below, for which the right to return / exchange is excluded). In case you return the good within the said period, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed. The said period of return will expire after

same day from the Order Confirmation. Conditions. for Return:

3.1 In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the products is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the aforementioned period of same day.

3. 2 Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. if any product is returned without the essentials, the products shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.

3. 3 The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

Only if all these items are ordered once and canceled within 10 minutes from the time of ordering, 85% of the charge will be deducted.

Only 15% of the money will be returned to you

If your order is canceled within 10 minutes, you will not get any refund, 100% of your money will be deducted and you will not get any money back. Because your order is ready after 10 minutes

If you order a pizza or cake 5km away from the restaurant and it breaks while taking it, then this responsibility will not be taken by the delivery company or the delivery boy or the restaurant because if you go more than 5km there is a chance of only the pizza and the cake getting broken. Therefore you will have to take the product which you have ordered. The product will not be returned nor will it be exchanged nor will the money be returned. Therefore you should read it completely and understand it properly and then order because it is not your mistake.
